How We’ll Work Together
In the "Empower&Evolve" Mentorship Program, you’ll be guided step-by-step on your journey with the support of our group container. Here’s what you can expect each week:

Twice-Monthly Zoom Meetings: Join us for two live Zoom sessions each Month (Sunday), where we’ll explore new topics, address your questions, and dive deep into techniques and strategies to strengthen your yoga teachings and business. These sessions provide consistent touchpoints to keep you inspired, informed, and on track And don’t worry if you can’t make it live—all sessions will be recorded and available for you to revisit anytime

Weekly Reflections and Journaling: After each session, you’ll receive reflective Homework over our WhatsApp Group Chat that allow you to apply what you’ve learned in a meaningful way. These reflections are designed to deepen your understanding, provide personal insights, and help you make tangible progress toward your goals.
